Shipping:

We ship America only. Most of orders are sent via DHL/FedEx/UPS from Chinese factory (Direct delivery/Indirect delivery); Only a few of orders are sent from USA Local warehouse. Please note our shipping period is 7-10 Days. Tracking information is provided & will be emailed once dispatched. Sometimes our system data did not update in time, may cause your order status is awaiting fulfillment for a long time. You could feel free to contact us to check if your order has confirmed&shipped. Once the item is dispatched & the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging any missed deliveries via Halfmoon. Our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about shipping so drop us an email at support@halfmoontech.com and we'll get back to you within 1 working day. Need to change items after placing an order:
